Sau \u0111\u00f3, c\u00e1c s\u1edf GD-\u0110T v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec3m thu nh\u1eadn h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 s\u1ebd ti\u1ebfp nh\u1eadn h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd d\u1ef1 thi c\u1ee7a th\u00ed sinh, nh\u1eadp th\u00f4ng tin \u0111\u0103ng d\u1ef1 thi v\u00e0 \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd x\u00e9t tuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ee3t 1 c\u1ee7a th\u00ed sinh v\u00e0o c\u01a1 s\u1edf d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a C\u1ed5ng th\u00f4ng tin tuy\u1ec3n sinh c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 GD-\u0110T.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Th\u00ed sinh \u0111ang l\u00e0 h\u1ecdc sinh l\u1edbp 12 mua v\u00e0 n\u1ed9p h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 \u0110KDT t\u1ea1i tr\u01b0\u1eddng THPT \u0111ang theo h\u1ecdc<\/li>\n<li>Th\u00ed sinh t\u1ef1 do mua h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 s\u00e1ch l\u1edbn tr\u00ean c\u1ea3 n\u01b0\u1edbc ho\u1eb7c ph\u00f2ng GD&amp;\u0110T c\u1ee7a qu\u1eadn\/huy\u1ec7n. Th\u00ed sinh t\u1ef1 do \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd thi t\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ecba \u0111i\u1ec3m do S\u1edf\u00a0 GD&amp;\u0110T quy \u0111\u1ecbnh, t\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ho\u1eb7c n\u01a1i \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd thu\u1eadn ti\u1ec7n nh\u1ea5t cho th\u00ed sinh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Khi l\u00e0m th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c d\u1ef1 thi, th\u00ed sinh ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 Ch\u1ee9ng minh nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n.\u00a0Trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 ho\u1eb7c b\u1ecb m\u1ea5t th\u00ec ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m QLT s\u1ebd g\u00e1n cho th\u00ed sinh m\u1ed9t m\u00e3 s\u1ed1 12 k\u00fd t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ec3 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nh\u1eefng th\u00ed sinh mu\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh nguy\u1ec7n v\u1ecdng \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd x\u00e9t tuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc, cao \u0111\u1eb3ng th\u00ec ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd s\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec7n tho\u1ea1i, email c\u1ee7a m\u00ecnh khi \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd d\u1ef1 thi. N\u1ebfu sinh \u1edf n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i th\u00ec ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n ghi t\u00ean n\u01b0\u1edbc b\u1eb1ng ti\u1ebfng Vi\u1ec7t<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 D\u00e2n t\u1ed9c: Ghi theo gi\u1ea5y khai sinh<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. S\u1ed1 CMTND: ghi \u0111\u00fang 9 ch\u1eef s\u1ed1 nh\u01b0 tr\u00ean CMTND, b\u1ecf tr\u1ed1ng 3 \u00f4 \u0111\u1ea7u (m\u1eabu c\u0169).
